Who we are
upperboundslabs.com is operated by Upper Bound Labs LLC (“we”, “us”).
What this website collects
This site has no accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use that data to identify you.
If you sign up for updates
If you join our updates list, we store your email address, the date you signed up, and which form you used. We use it only to send occasional news about products we launch, and we never sell or share it. The list is stored with our database provider, Supabase, on servers in Canada. We keep your address until you ask us to remove it: email ops@upperboundslabs.com or use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
If you send an inquiry
If you use our contact form, we store your name, business name if you give one, email address, what you’re looking for, budget range, and message, along with the date, so we can reply and prepare for a conversation. The form data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, on servers in Canada, and a copy is emailed to our business mailbox. We never sell or share it. We keep it for as long as we might work together and delete it on request.
If you email us
If you write to ops@upperboundslabs.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell or share it except where required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete your signup, inquiry, or any correspondence you have sent us by emailing ops@upperboundslabs.com.
Changes
We will update this page as our websites and products change, and revise the effective date above when we do.
